FUN RUN – TIME TO CHEER FOR YOUR FAVORITE FALCON

Parents, our fun run is TOMORROW! We’re inviting YOU to come cheer on your students as they run 30-35 laps to help our school. Make signs for your student and get excited for this awesome event! Our Fun Run will take place on Jack Spence field and the run times per grade will be as follows:

5th grade – 8:35am

4th grade – 1:55pm

3rd grade – 9:30am

2nd grade – 1:00

Life Skills – 2:45pm

FUN RUN – WEEKEND CHALLENGE

Our Fun Run program is well underway! Parents, thank you so much for all your support so far. Just so you know, students have been given a WEEKEND CHALLENGE! If a student receives a total of $2 per lap in new pledges (or $60 in flat donations) over the weekend, he/she will receive a special prize…the FLIP OUT FRAMES! And don’t forget to log in those pledges at funrun.com!

3 days until our kickoff Pep Rally! Did you know? By raising funds through this year’s First Annual Fun Run, each class has the opportunity to work together and give meals to someone in need right here in Huffman. Every time a class raises $30 per lap, Boosterthon will donate three meals to the Huffman Food Pantry. How many meals can our students give? Only 4 days left until our FIRST ANNUAL FUN RUN program kicks off! In addition to the Fun Run, our students will be learning about this year’s character theme…BACKYARD BOX OFFICE! It’s a movie theme all about making a difference by getting into character. From inventors, to world-class speakers, to business owners, to world-record holders, students will learn step-by-step how to make a difference in their community from five REAL life kids dedicated to making people’s lives better.
